To access the SchoolProtect website users must have "SchoolProtect Administrator" permissions at one or more establishments. To have this profile option configured please have a Nominated Contact raise a support case with the Service Desk. The Headteacher can also grant this permission on the Nominated Contact management page on the support website.

If you are an administrator within a MAT or similar organisation, please ensure that your account is linked to every school where you are responsible for web filtering. This will give you the correct access and ensure that you can make use of any available central management features.
